Our lion dance classes have restarted this fall, Saturdays at 12:30pm. The youth here are practicing to eat pink spiky "oranges". Sifu has been teaching drum to some of the adults.

Due to the snowstorm, all evening classes today ( Tuesday 12/3/19) at CCMAA are also canceled! We will see you tomorrow 12/4/19 when our classes will be held on the regular schedule! Best regards and thank you for your understanding!

Tuesday 12/3/2019 - Newton Public schools are closed due to a snow emergency. As per our policy, the Academy will be closed for morning classes. Evening classes will be determined by mid day and announced then. Thank you for your understanding! Have a great day and be safe!

Our own Max Raffel and Lawrence Chan were the only competitors representing team CCMAA at the WMAF competition held in Bedford MA over the weekend. This was Max’s first ever competition and he competed in beginner divisions in both Point sparring and empty hand form. Competing for the first time can be nerve racking. We commend Max for overcoming his nerves and also performing extremely well! Max took home Silver for Empty Hand Form! Competing in the black belt divisions, veteran competitor Lawrence Chan took Gold in both the Empty Hand Form and Open Weapon categories! Great job all around!
